Guided by the project’s tagline—comfy, cozy, feels like home—we aimed to create a warm, inviting space that doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s office. Custom millwork and a front desk design give the lobby a “resimercial” (residential-meets-commercial) aesthetic. A soft palette of soothing blues paired with blush accents keeps the mood relaxed and approachable. Above the reception desk, we embraced a unique architectural feature from the original building by installing textured ceiling tiles that offer both visual interest and acoustic benefits.
